Iron Causing Breakout?

I'm sure it has.

I don't consume much iron through foods...and I take One A Day multivitamin which does not contain iron.

Too much iron can turn pro oxidative in the body and this leads to free radical damage this can be avoid with taking other suppliments to help prevent iron from doing damage.I think C helps though im not sure

Too much iron also can also impair other vitamins'

absorption rates. Watch your iron intake if your are already taking iron supps
