Been seeing alot of threads on how taking vitamin D can help acne and hence im thinking about giving it a try. Is 1000UI a day enough? In case it varied on weather and age etc, Im 17 male, living in singapore where its 28-31 degrees in the day, humid and hot. Any advices on how much to take? Thanks! :)

If you get enough sunshine, there's no need at all to supplement with vitamin D. If you're unsure, ask your doctor for a vitamin D (25(OH)D) test. Check out the following page for more information: http://www.vitamindc...bout-vitamin-d/

Tests aren't that expensive, but if you can't get one or don't want to, then I'd just suggest not taking over 1,000 IU per day to be safe.
