Been seeing alot of threads on how taking vitamin D can help acne and hence im thinking about giving it a try. Is 1000UI a day enough? In case it varied on weather and age etc, Im 17 male, living in singapore where its 28-31 degrees in the day, humid and hot. Any advices on how much to take? Thanks!

If you get enough sunshine, there's no need at all to supplement with vitamin D. If you're unsure, ask your doctor for a vitamin D (25(OH)D) test. Check out the following page for more information: http://www.vitamindc...bout-vitamin-d/

Tests aren't that expensive, but if you can't get one or don't want to, then I'd just suggest not taking over 1,000 IU per day to be safe.
