I think i can pretty much help acne through diet but i have these big pores which look dilated and kind of choked up and it gives me an unhealthy look, i look at them and think they look like a sign of not being entirely clean and healthy on the inside?
Have any of you experienced smaller/tighter pores or fresher looking skin as a result of some diet change?

And yes, BHAs will help. Oil cleansing might help as well.

Fish, high in omega 3's. Great for skin
You need these different oils in your diet, hence "essential." When you think of essential oils you think like Almond oil, and Jojoba oil. Well think in terms of your diet as well.

You're thinking of essential fatty acids, or EFA's. Essential oils are eucalyptus, tea tree, chamomile, etc. while almond oil and jojoba are more commonly referred to as carrier oils (although they are still considered "essential oils" because of their purity). I agree that EFA's are essential but calling them essential oils makes things confusing.
^me being nitpicky.
