I usually post this earlier, but you will find extensive discussion on the LEDMan's forum. He used to be known as V on the forum.

Does anyone happen to know the wavelengths used for the LED units by Dermawave and Revitalight? I would like to know the nm that is used for the red and infra-red.

edit:

"REVITALIGHT’S LEDs are proven to be the most effective nanometers. (625 nm red, 940 nm infra red, 420 nm blue and 590 nm amber)"

^ This is from their site.
I have not seen any studies that use 940 infra-red. I have only seen 830 and 880.

Anybody have any comments regarding this?

Also,

What does this even mean:

"REVITALIGHT is the only LED device to use the Lambertain LED, the most powerful made, and with a total power of 4200 mw and 80mw/cm2 or 7.2 joules per 90 seconds (at skin level) it is the most powerful LED device at the skin level manufactured, period! "

Thanks for the link. I will check that out.

Are these basically the same LEDs used in most LED units? If not, could someone please explain to me the difference?
