I smoke weed/cigarettes every day and also on accutane. My pih is bad, im pale skinned though so. Im not sure if if makes your pih worse for sure never even thought about it. But once I got on accutane is when it started to get worse. I think because it makes your skin more brittle, and more likely to leave behind spots.
im asian and light skin toned my pih is bad too im starting to stop smoke and see the diffrence,,,,,my marks wont fade ill try and see if smoking makes it slower to fade

i dont think it will get deleted, the only way this thread will get deleted is if i put it on another section that isnt related to hyperpigmentation,,i put it on accutane and they deleted it hahaha,,,,,,,,maybe because im on accutane thats why i dont see bad effect on me yet i havent broke out in a month and still i smoke daily,I made a topic about this fairly recently and it got deleted. Guess your not allowed to talk about illegal substances. Don't worry though, i wont tell
. But yea i was a pretty avid pot smoker. I think it did affect my acne so i quit. I can't really say for sure though. But my face always felt super oily the day after smoking.
we just had a couple of pots while we were watching some highschool prom yesterday
