Just started my first dose of 40mg once a day!

Words cant describe how excited I am to get this going.

I will be posting pictures of my progress. Probably monthly because

doing a weekly update will be too hard with 2 kids lol.

So I guess I'll call this post

DAY 1:

As you can see, it's worse than I thought it was.

How depressing.....

Sucks to know you have a smooth face and when

you take your shirt off this is what the world sees.

I can't wait until this shit is gone!

Good luck! And the plus is that it will help kick any possible acne from forming on your face too- double whammy!

Well, I know I said this would be monthly, but I'm into day 5

and already noticing some side effects.

Nothing mental.

My face is starting to dry out and peel on my cheeks!

My lips are a little dry but nothing bad....YET..

Back is already clearing it seems like. The small acne is gone the big ones

are starting to "purge" I believe is what people say this stuff does to existing acne.

Face is starting to have a slight pink or red tint to it.

I guess all of these effects are normal?

Anyone else have this only after 5 days?

Yep. I was putting my makeup on this morning and noticed my face was pinkish (I have tanned/yellow based skin). I'm only on day 6 and didn't think the redness would start for weeks... The texture of my skin is starting to change.

Well, today is day 7 and I'm starting to itch like a mothafucka!

My head, arms, back, and nose!

Nothing peeling just yet but I'm sure these are the tell tell signs of peeling skin!

Nothing else has changed except for the IB on my shoulders that wasn't there a week ago!

Hopefully in another week I'll see results!!

What's usually next after the itchy skin!? I wanna know what to expect

OK. Today is day 13 and I'm already seeing results!

I have to say, so far, I've only experienced very MILD side effects!

Really the only thing I've had is dryer lips. No cracking or chapped. Just a bit dryer.

Dryer skin on my back and neck, no peeling or flaking.

Been using CeraVe moisturizer at nights so that may be helping.

Overall, almost 2 weeks in and can't be happier!

Currently taking 40mg Claravis 1x daily.

Doc said if my body can handle it, we are moving to 40mg 2x a day (80mg) for 2nd month.

Hope it stays this good even when I double the dose!

just started taking claravis yesterday, 40 mg(20mg twice a day)..im a 17 year old male, acne on face back chest. good luck man hang in there! looking forward to your updates
