Hi All,

I had a weird rash like lot of miniscule bumps that started on my jawline about a month ago. I had just been away to a tropical destination so figured i had a reaction to a sunscreen or something similar. However, they ended up spreading to my chin and around my mouth and now i can squeeze some and get a thin worm like bit of white stuff out. If i squeeze too much i end up with massive lumps. I thought it was a rash because it spread but surely you cant squeeze anything out of a rash?

It looks like comedones now, and im not sure how to get rid of it. It is quite obvious in sunlight and other bright lights..

Ive had it for probably 2 weeks as it is with not much difference.
What do you reccomend i use on it?

Thank you in advance

A

Get some H&S classic clean and nizoral shampoo 2%.

Apply the H&S upon waking up and leave on for around 15-20 minutes. Then rinse off without touching skin. Apply nizoral shampoo 2% and leave on for 10 minutes. Then rinse off. No moisturiser. Do the same at night.

I dont think its a sort of follictius. Because i tried both of these and they just irritated my skin/make it worse and red. And i tried for a few weeks because thats what i thought it was too. Im now starting to think it was a reaction to a BP product and i made it worse by squeezing it thinking it was pimples... possible?
