Hey everyone! I noticed my acne is in one general location. Any reason as to that? Well I attached a photo to show you what I mean. The lower right side of my face is where there is constant active acne. My left side is mainly just old red marks. A active pimple only comes up every now and then compared to the other side.
Anyways, I hope someone has gone through so they could help me. Thanks
and yesss im in a robe lol

I suffer the same thing just like you. at first I thought, I'm allergic to colgate toothpaste so I changed my toothpaste. the result is less pimple. do you change your pillow sheet regularly? I'm now changing my pillow sheet regularly. my friend once told me, she changed her pillow sheet every 2 days and she got no more pimples.

The first thing I would suggest is changing your pillowcase frequently. I've been doing this for years. I use one side the first night, flip my pillow the next night and sleep on the clean side. Then I get a new pillowcase. As well make sure you change all your sheets at least once a week, and do not let your covers touch your face while you sleep. Always use a clean towel to dry your face. It creates more laundry but prevents things from getting into your skin. As well switch to a less chemically toothpaste if you use a name brand like colgate or crest. I switched to Green Beaver brand "Frosty Mint" toothpaste and have less acne on my chin and around my mouth area.
The right side of my face tends to be my problem area, but more so on my cheek.

Hi fellow acne sufferers,
I have the same problem on one side of my chin and I was recently told it's because I probably have a cyst on one of my ovaries. Do you notice it's every other month it flares up? If so - then even more likely a cyst. I've been instructed to take I3C....a naturopathic remedy from a healthfood store that helps with the digestion of estrogens in the body. The cyst is causing your ovary to act out and produce extra hormones that show up on the chin unfortunately. Do whatever you do to keep cleansing your liver as the liver processes the hormones so keep it healthy. A squeeze of half a lemon in water is a good liver cleanse or a start at least.
Let's hope this works!!!

My acne was always more concentrated on my right side. Could never find a reason why, I change my pillowcase every day, and I sleep on my back anyways. I don't touch my face. There are some naturalist theories that I don't really buy into specifically, but it could be that different parts of the face are somehow linked to different internal problems in the body, e.g. liver or colon problems.
According to http://nomoredirtylo...ne-telling-you/
Chin acne = problems with the kidney and hormones
Right cheek = lung problem
Left cheek = liver problem
Nose = spleen and pancreas problem
Like I said, it's pretty hokey...but there you go.
