Hi lovely people

I am on a 20mg/day dosage on Roaccutane. It has been four weeks + few days and I am having the worse breakout I could ever imagine. I got acne around areas Ive never had. I had moderate acne before I started Roaccutane and now, I think I have severe acne. I have people coming up to me - even strangers - asking me about my acne. It is really sad and really put down my self esteem. I am trying my best to look at the bright side - thinking that this is just an initial breakout and it will eventually fade away.What makes this really suprising is that I am on a fairly low dosage. I get back to university in 2 weeks and I am really hoping that I have less acne by then - possible, no?

My questions are;
1) Does anyone have any suggestions on calming down the initial breakout?
2) How long did the initial breakout last for you?
3) Will there be more initial breakout after this one ends?

Just for reference, my skin regimen
Morning
- Cleanse with cetaphil gentle cleanser (sometimes, I exfoliate with Clearasil Exfoliate Cleanser)
- Tone with Neutrogena Alcohol Free Toner
- Moisturize with Mary Kay Moisturizer
- Sun protection with Neutrogena Sheer Block SPF50

Night
- Cleanser with Cetaphil gentle cleanser
- Tone with Neutrogena Alochol Free Toner
- I dont moisturize

PS: I am putting aside resolving this issue by asking my dermatologist on what is happening to my skin. She just couldnt be bothered. I am changing dermatologist next month - so thats good news.

Any recommedations, suggestions, points are greatly appreciated
