It is paleo diet by Loren Cordain - fatty meats are not allowed. Then, do you think that I will get clear when I stop supplementing? And where did you read that I don't eat real foods? Brown rice? I wrote that I eat it only occasionally - and It means - once a month. And where did you read I masturbate constantly? I'm a girl and I don't do it few times a day like you guys, It's no fun.

What strange is actually my skin is better when I gain weight. I'm naturally skinny.


That's because you were making more estrogen then. Body fat makes estrogen in addition to the ovaries. You need to gain weight and you need to add back in carbs. I was on your diet and my face exploded. Eat healthy, but add in some carbs. Since you have little body fat, the androgens are taking over and causing acne. The no carb diet is not for everyone. I bet you have low blood sugar at times too. Just like me.

Thank you. I added back potatoes, beans and indeed I feel better. But anyway... still my skin is almost the same whatever I eat/do Posted Image
I'm going to environmental medicine doctor next week (he studied conventional medicine too) because I don't know what to do anymore. I heard that he cured people with acne as well as other diseases, but yeah, my case seems to be quite difficult.

Go low on fats dude! you're eating lean meat, fish, and some healthy fats.. Assuming that you're eating high fats. Go lower, cut down meats, you don't need them. I know it is hard, but it will be worth it. They're bad for you anyways. Posted Image

OK dude, I did read it and saw a lot of fats. It seems like you need to learn some nutrients ^^;;. You need to cut down animal-products like completely for overall health. If you do that, you'll have glowing skin. However, not only that it helps your skin, but you'll feel better,etc. I never heard of Paleo diet.. seems like the worst diet to me.. lol. go 80% fruits/veggies 10% fats and 10% protein. A lot of my vegans friend are having success with it. They said their skin glow and they did suffered from acne, but got cleared up once they went vegan raw. I thought you are suggesting low fat paleo diet (which I already tried). I don't know much about vegan but maybe I will try it in the future. I have my appointment with environmental medicine doctor on Wednesday, we will see...
