Clear Skin! Finally How I Got Rid Of My Acne!

8 posts in this topic

Story: So I've struggled with mild acne ever since I was 9, I'm 21 now. Well I've tried everything there is, from proactive to all the other acne products. And some have worked a bit but would either stop working or would make my skin worse.

Secret: Well I found this great store in Houston called Naked Body and Bath. They supply natural products, all of which are at least 95% natural. Among all the great products, that come "NAKED" without fragrances (they customize these with FOs and EOs), are all there homemade soaps. The manager told me I should try using this bar of soap on my face to rid myself of acne. I've used DOVE bars of soap before and they dry my skin out! She ensured me that it will work. The soap is called Kelp Help and is made from Dead Sea Mud which she said helps to get all that embedded dirt out of your pores and safely washes your face as it adds moisture to your skin. It's 98% natural. AND BY GOD IT WORKED within 1 week I saw a difference in my skin. Apparently it's one of there best selling soaps. Of course for a reason. A bar of soap, which is appox .25ounces is $8.95, not bad at all since it lasts a long time.

They also have all these other facial products too! And what's really cool is they have certain "blends" of Essential Oils that can be added to the facial products (or any of there body products) to help deal with a certain skin issue. They have an Acne blend, Anti-aging, and a blend for those suffering from Psoriasis/Eczema. I bought the Dead Sea Mud Mask which improved my skin within one use and have there Menthol Toner with the Acne Blend added.

MY FACE IS CLEAR!

Man I'm so happy, I just had to share this with you guys. I know how annoying acne is. Go check this shop out online!!! www.Nakedbodyandbath.com

Looks like advertising to me

On Wai Diet since February 2011 - fruits (fresh/dried/juiced), nuts, oils, fish, egg yolks, all raw. Clears all kinds of acne in 2 weeks! I've also been having huge improvements in my mood, sleep, and feeling healthy in general, which I think to be the very treasure of this diet!

Just google free acne book.

Washing face: only in the morning, only with low mineral bottled water (see rule 9 in the Wai Diet site).

Moisturizing: glycerin, vaseline, fruit/nut oils. Market moisturizers destroy your skin in long term (see rule 8).

Shaving: with a hair trimmer, shaves pretty close. Blades cause too much irritation.

No smoking, no drugs, drink with smart moderation.

I've tried Dead Sea soap of a different brand which did absolutely nothing to help my acne. Skeptical.

Oh ya? Hmm what brand did you use? I don't know all that's in this bar soap but it's a mixture of dead sea mud and dead sea seaweed. Maybe the combo helps more? And of course i'm sure you're aware, like anyone dealing with skin issues, one thing may work for me but not for you.

Also they have a tea tree bar soap as well, and that soap didn't do ANYTHING for my face. Trial and error, that's the story of our lives haha.

Relax

I'm a vegetarian

I suspect I have leaky gut which caused food sensitivities which lead to acne. Note: Food Sensitivity is different from allergies and intolerances! I stopped doing things to my face, and started doing nothing but focus on diet. My acne has never been more clear. I'm recovering from cystic acne.

Status: %90 clear
