I am vegetarian and I take Vitamin B12 everyday. I jusst started on Neotrex and was wondering which vitamins to avoid. My dermatologist is in Mexico so it makes it a little tricky to communicate with her.

I'm bumping this thread to respond to the OP and for archival purposes.

The vitamin to avoid is vitamin A.

Not to advertise or anything, but there's a company
that sells a multivitamin product with everything but vitamin A.

I heard high doses of b12 makes u break out. So i guess i would watch n i dont see whats wrong with takin in low dose. Btw i am too consideing takin that brand ! Would u mind letting me know what dermotologist did u go ovethere that perscribed u it? I go there all the time and im in a budget so price here for me is impossible for me to afford!
