i just wanted to say thanks for keeping this forum alive. there is so much doubt about holistic healing that we all just become overmedicated. how is everybody doing on their regimens?

i'm still doing liver flushing and colonics but haven't seen much of a difference in my skin. the only exception is that my last (5th) flush, i broke out horribly...on places where i never got acne before! i'm not sure if this is because i didn't do any P&B shakes afterwards or what but i now know there are other options for cleansing. i'll be taking Primal Defense, 9 caps a day for about 3 months, drink ACV with maple syrup 3x a day, take Livatone and also move on to Fungal Defense before my 6th flush.

Hey Malia:

Yeah....now you see why I warn EVERYBODY to do a lot of extra cleansing when they flush (enemas, colonics, p&b shakes.....at least p&b shakes AND an enema or colonic). I made the same mistake and broke out like crazy after my third flush.

I'm doing fine. Right now I'm just starting an extended juice fast and am doing a kidney cleanse. I'm very excited about it.

I havn't done a flush in about a month....I'm on maintenance right now.

Malia; can you do enemas, or more colonics?

Liverflushes saved my life! I spent years getting treated by evil doctors who only wanted my money and were clearly robots with no emotions. After I found the god known as Hulda Clarke, I began flushing and then realized that while I was an Olympic qualifier in the 200M backstroke, my body was a complete toxic wastedump. Only liverflushing, colonics, daily enemas, kidney cleansing, and weekly visits to a Chinese herb doctor cured my mild acne.

Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you !!!!!

My name is BenKWeller. I am a rigid wannabe science major who struggles with the simplest of elementary homework assignments my teachers give me. Because my ego is the size of Mt. Rushmore, I take the smallest bit of knowledge I have and shove it down anyone's throat who would dare question the mainstream docterines I worship as my God. My mind is as tightly closed as the women's legs who I hit on. I immediately reject any genre of knowledge that I know nothing about. Heaven... ahem... medical texts forbid the truth of my idiotic perceptions be exposed for what they really are. I guess I'll just tell people to prove their theories the way I want them to be proved. Since I don't *want* anything against my narrow minded viewpoint to be proved, and I will discount every bit of evidence that comes my way out of sheer pompus pride, then nothing *can* be proved to me! You know a bad impersonation is coming up when someone starts it with, "Hi, my name is..." I know what my name is.

PS: That lesbian porn in your avatar instantly makes your credibility take a downturn. Sorry.

LoL ahaha. Good one scorpion. Im doing really good. I dont get any acne on my back anymore and only maybe one or two on my chest every week or so and these were horrible before all my cleansing. My face is doing awesome too. Im still not 100% clear, but im getting closer to it. Ive done 6 flushes now and next week im doing my 7th and then hopefully will go for my first colonic. Im on my 2nd month of 9-12 pills a day of primal defense. As soon as im done my last bottle of these cheap liver pills, im going to try livatone. I also finally bought the 4 pack from sensible health and have been doing that for around two weeks. Thats about it.

Hi malia, I am actually doing very good. My skin has really been very stable over the past 3 months. I am very glaid for that.

I know for sure it's mainly because of poor liver function in my case.

I actually just came across this article http://www.healthher.../cacreport.html and saw much harmonization with my case.

The greater celantine, dandelion, milk thistle, duizendguldenkruid tincture I have been taking for about 6 weeks did help me out so much, no kidding. I do now fully understand the action of all seperate herbs. Bitters (greater celandine or swedish bitters, etc) are so damn good for your overall health. No shit that all anti-depression pills on the market do contain bitter substances.
I still take the ACV twice daily, and I will stick do this perpetually I think.

My diet is quite low carb. I try to live most like GM-free, Paleolithic style smile.gif

btw: The liver creates Glucose Tolerance Factor (GTF) from glutathione and chromium, essential for insulin to maintain proper blood sugar levels.

Hmmm.... that one is very interesting!! This might actually explain why some people do not have trouble with high insulin inducing foods -> acne. They just have the luck their liver is that strong to maintain proper blood sugar level.

To SJ1980: this case might be interested for your theories.. smile.gif need your opinion on it.

Denise:

yes, i have done 3 colonics with progressively worse aches after each one. it feels like the worst kind of internal twisting...sort of when you have bad diarrhea. i'm not too excited about going back for more. but i think i will try to do the P&B shakes. how much do you take and how often? its finding the time to incorporate it all in one day that's tricky.
