any idea what type of acne i have guys? for the life of my i cant figure it out and its like inflamed whiteheads underneath my skin. all input would be appreciated thx

I get something similar, and I can't figure it out, either. It didn't really respond to topicals; an old friend once suggested I cut out refined sugars, which I totally have ... and it still persists. I'd love to hear this input myself!
