Hey all,

I had an early onset of acne growing up (around 11 years old) and I finally met a dermatologist (at age 20) to have it looked at. It use to be all over the place but now it's localized on my cheeks (primarily my right cheek). Anyway my doctor prescribed me benzaclin + differin and told me to apply the benzaclin twice a day and the differen before I go to bed.

I've seen online that differin is suppose to be applied all over the face, but on the box of mine it says to apply it to the affected area. My acne is essentially localized on my cheeks and I'm wondering if I should apply it to my whole face or just those troubled areas? I'm dead serious about this too, I have virtually no acne or problems anywhere on my face BUT my cheeks.

It takes months to work so definitely put it over your entire face. It also stimulates collagen production over time so it won't hurt if your apply it all over your face.
