I have been using zinc 80 mg now down to 50 mg, 1000 iu of vitamin d3, and every now and then multi vitamins. I just added b-complex today was my first pill this is what it has in it ( IMAGE IN THE BOTTOM) . My doctor recommend to take b6 a week before my menstrual cycle because I have been getting this hormonal cyst. Beside that I am also on retina a micro well that have any affect if my multi vitamin have vitamin A in it? Can I still take my multi vitamin without over dosing on vitamins (one day women). thanks for responding and reading Posted Image

Try adding more Niacin (no flush), like 750Mg per day. You might like it. I'm up to 1,000Mg per day, on my way to 2,000Mg (that's for ppl who smoke).

Google Niacin Benefits. Also Niacin for acne. I guess I'm not allowed to link or I would. Niacin is good for Acne, skin, High Cholesterol, cell permability, smokers, ect... and no toxcitity until you go over 3 grams a day. All it's benefits is the reason I started taking it and I felt it the 1st time I took 500Mg (No Flush). I did try B-Complex, I stopped shortly after. The only Vit I take is B12 sublingual (i'm B12 Def.)
