hey chaps n chiks.

i was reading alot about how effective garlic is for acne and have decided to start taking it. however i dont want to eat the garlic itself cos of the obvious odour so am considering taking odourless garlic tablets. Have any of you had any experience with this at all, what does everybody recommend... im unsure what to do.

Any assistance much appreciated.

I'm taking odourless garlic capsules at the moment, have been doing so for a month or two. Can't say I've noticed any difference.

allicin is the ingredient that you want from garlic.

it's also the chemical that creates the smell.

only fresh garlic contains this.

cooked, processed or standing (as in it was chopped and you just left it there for a day) does not contain this compound.

therefore the pills are useless
