Skin doing good.
No major side effects from tri sprintec. I dont experience increase appetite. I am getting new zits though but not too bad. I hope its not another severe breakout. I cant afford to feel painful cysts and pimples.

I think i am breaking out from the tri sprintec but i guess thats expected since my system is new to it. I was hoping i wasnt going to go through another IB but i might be wrong. Ahahah oh well i feel better knowing in time it will be clear.

Day 19

Im breaking out crazy like when i did with the spiro when i first started taking it. Its just a lil less severe but i am breaking out alot because now my face hurts. Ughh i hate the IB part of taking new meds. I dont experrience any side effects with the birth control though besides the IB. Oh yeah, boobs bigger but spiro helped too with that i think. Makes me loose weight which o think is the water weight since spiro is dieuretic. I hope i will see results asap because i just want clear skin already.

Breakouts are reducing and face clearing up. IB are always the worst part but thank goodness its slowly getting better.

Im still breaking out in big cysts. I think its the tri sprintec thats causing this because i was getting less breakout outs on the 2nd week of spiro until i started tri sprintec. I still want to stick it out and be patient tho because ive heard it takes at least 3 months and ive heard of many great results of spiro and an oral contraceptive. If you are on a similar path as me, please share your experience.

No not on spiro....I'm in my 2nd month and been breaking out in HUGE rock size cysts sometimes there are 2 cysts that form next to eachother to form a mountain!! haha....but we just need to wait it out until after the 3rd pack...Katrina782 has been through it and said she broke out bad in the first 1-2 months but was clear afterwards, and betsy91 is on trinessa and we are all going through horrible breakouts....which leads me to conclude that ortho tri cyclen and its generic forms give really bad initial breakouts...Yasmin never did that for me, and ortho novum never did that for me.....it's the changing levels of hormones in the tri cyclens......it'll get better soon!

and it sucks because I have a job interview tomorrow, and I really need this job, but my face looks horrible and having a face full of acne doesn't give a good first impression!!! =(

yes...I got another breakout, like Katrina said in her other topic, it seems to be that the breakouts happen in the 2nd week...which is true for me....In the 1st pack, my face got a bit clearer in the 4th week and I was like omggg finally the breakout is over, but now in the 2nd pack, I'm in the 2nd week and it looks the same as before LOL......YES totally agree with you, I look friggin hideous right now, I can't even use make-up to cover this stuff up that's how bad it is, I took pictures of my acne but I just can't post them it's so hideous................we have to be patient..it'll start to clear up in a month or so...but I just want to be clear already!!!!!!!!!!

I know what you mean ): yesterday o tried a new foundation, makeup forever hd & it showed how many bumps i had on my face. It made me so sad how much bumps i saw even with makeup on. Im not using that foundation ever again. It showed all my problem areas!! Im going back to my natural fx waterbased liquid foundation. I just dont like the dewy finish because i have oily skin already.

I just started my third week on tri sprintec from my first pack. I cant wait for the sugar pills to have some break of so much bumps on my face even though i know its temporary until the third month haha.

Also i hate my scars on my cheeks. I think theyre ice pick scars. Do you know a treatment for this or an OTC product that will work? I got these scars because i picked my face so much):

Day 29

I just started my first pill of the third week of my first month of tri sprintec today. I have alotttt of active acne and i cant even tell you in number because im sickk of counting pimples already hahaha. On the bright side, it is getting a bit better. It could be the clindamycine phosphate that is clearing up my blemishes though. If you guys know any topical i can get for scars such a the ones that look like big pores or holes, please let me know! I have scars from picking my face so much ):

are they indented? or just purplish/red? if they're indented there's no cream or gel that will help that I have some near my eyebrow that i've had for maybe 7 years when I picked a big cyst...only thing that will work for those is lasers or resurfacing!! The expensive stuff unfortunately...maybe one day when I have money I'll get it done, lol

Day 33

Im still getting new acne. Ive became used to it so im not even tripping anymore. Patience is the key here so ill just be patient and stop thinking about acne. I only have two more pills before i start the sugar pills of tri sprintec first pack. Im still on 50mg of spiro. I dont think my derm plans to up my dosage since i just met up with him two days ago and he hasnt increased my dosage when i asked if he would. I have alot of bumps on my face that cant be hidden with makeup so that sucks. I really cant wait for when i dont need makeup. I also have alot of redness from post acne. Also, i have some holes ugh and other minor dents that i think they are. My derm said i didnt have the scars that last forever. He said everything will fade away. I love what i heard but at the same time i dont think he took a good look at my face since i see some holes and other minor dents that i think they are. I hope he's right that everything will fade and ill have flawless skin. I cant wait and ill be patient. But i have to say i am happy because my skin has improved from before this treatment. So even if ive had bteakouts after breakouts, im thankful my face is bearable. I hope ot continues to improve despite the breakouts still happening. I still have breakouts but at the same time my face is also clearing up from the scars. So yay!

This is one of those days that im so sad over my face. I couldnt help but pick my face. Afterwards, i got even more sad. Ughhh my face looks so bad. I have huge active acne like everywhere almost. My fam is coming tomorrow who i havnt seen in years. I guess ill have to deal with my ugly pimply face.

Day 41

Im taking my last sugar pill from my first pack of tri sprintec tomorrow morning. The week of sugar pills i still broke out. They were on my forehead so i think the cause for that is my lack of sleep since i had guests for a week. When i got my period i also got a breakout from it. Im starting my 2nd pack in two days and im so dreading the IB because i kno how sad and depressed ill be ugh

You are so kind(: im on my first week of tri sprintec and i do think i am breaking out ): it sucks to go through the horrible IB all over again but i guess it wont be as bad as the first month ahaha. Btw do you have and pitted scars and if you do what treatments do you use?(:

Day 45

Im on my first week of the second pack. Im getting a few breakouts. I guess its not as bad as last months though. But i hear the second week is the worst so im scared for next week ahahaah. I do think i rememer last months second week of the first pack being horrible on my face with alot of painful breakouts. I wish i can fast forward because i want to stop worrying about my skin ): my face had gotten alot better than last month but it is still pretty bad though. Im just going to stay positive though.
