I'm very slim looking...i'm 9 stone and am very healthy acept my asthma....

Hope you don't mind -- I just felt the need to translate for the US folk. 9 stones = 126 pounds. (ie 1 stone = 14 pounds)

Stoneman, you should try almond milk for your cereal. Almonds are really good for you (alkaline). It is thick like milk and sometimes ill add have a cup of almond milk/half cup water in cereal. This way it lasts longer and you get less sugars (brown rice syrup).

I don't know what almond milk is. I've never even seen it at the supermarkets. I don't know where I can get hold of it?

I have two recipes for almond milk.

First
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 cup water

Soak almons and pine nuts overnight. Put nuts in blender and pulverize. Add 1 cup water gradually while blending. Strain through a fine strainer or cheesecloth. Will keep up to 3 days.
This one would probaly be nice and thick.

Second
1 cup almonds Soaked
3 cups water
1 tablespoon honey or some stevia

Same directions as above.
This would probaly be thinner.

Id try maybe 1 cup almonds and 1 cup of water ( maybe 1 1/2 cup)
I made the second one and it was kinda watery.
I usually buy it at any healthfood store( pacific brand). But, if you cant get to a healthfood store, try making your own.

what i realise is that exercise really makes you feel a lot better even with acne.
