Which products would you recommend me using on my face?

2. Omega 3
3. CoQ10
4. 1000mg Vitamin C


EXTERNAL DAILY TREATMENT:

1. Basis Vitamin Bar

2. Neutrogena Fight and Fade Gel as a spot/scar treatment


STOPPING BAD HABITS:

1. I am trying my best not to eat junk food.

2. I'm trying not to pop blemishes or pick skin...


So far, I've been clearing up pretty well :)

Honestly, none. They all have offending ingredients. Some people have luck with the cerave though. Hit or miss on that one.

You might want to try metazine. There's a whole topic on it.

I can't help with cleansers since I use an RX BP cleanser.

I think acne prone people should keep it simple. Less = more.
Try jojoba oil before anything else IMO.
