Sooo...I've made a new regimen. Here is what it is:
-1000mg Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5)
-200IU Vitamin E
-1000mg Vitamin C
-lots of water
-at least 8 hours of sleep
-good diet (well, trying haha)
-Canus Original Goat Milk Soap as a cleanser
-Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera as a moisturizer
-Clean & Clear Popped Pimple Relief for popped pimples/as a spot treatment
I just have a few more questions.
1. I heard that Coconut Oil is GREAT for acne, taken internally and as a moisturizer externally. Though I love aloe, it has actually been leaving my skin tight , so I'm really willing to try coconut oil. I heard the acid in it really helps kill the bad bacteria...HOWEVER, I also heard it is one of the most comedogenic ingredients. If I want to try this, how should I do it?
2. Are there any more vitamins that are good for the skin?
