I've been on this birth control for two weeks, but I haven't seen any remarkable improvement.

I'm starting my 8th month on this stupid pill. It didn't work AT ALL. I waited the whole 6 months, still had cystic acne, thought I should wait 2 more. Still NOTHING. No changes, I'm still getting huge cysts all over my face, it made me gain 15 lbs, and I'm SO mood swingy. I think I might just take the regular Diane 35, because this pill didn't work for me.

Cyestra-35 is the generic for Diane-35. There are subtle differences in generics. Some find that the differences unfortunately negatively affect their hormones.
I don't believe that after two weeks you can say one way or the other though.
