I eat cereal without milk, because I like em like that, however I wanna know whether my cereal are ok to eat and are healthy or at least safe to:
I'm translating the ingredients from hebrew:
Whole-wheat flour (34%) (contains gluten), rice flour, sugar, candied pecans (13%) (pecans, sugar, vegetable oil), sliced almonds (7%), whole-grain oats, wheat starch, to extract, flour rye, corn, salt, honey (0.8%), glucose syrup, emulsifier (E471), vitamins: B3 (niacin), B2, B6, B1, folic acid, B12, iron.

That would def break me out. Id look into a new cereal personally, or just switch to steel cut oats

This is definitely not healthy. Just look at the amount of sugar in it. If you want to eat cereals, just use unprocessed (except for being mechanically pressed) and unrefined grains. To add sweetness mix them with fresh or dried fruit, such as bananas and raisins.
