Thank you for the lovely response! I think I may be getting too much omega 6s, but at least I know and can be sure to buy the omega 3 next time

Yeh i'm pretty sure that these capsules are Omega-3 only, there is no mention of omega-6 on the label.
I'll try and find a local shop which stocks them for future purchases.

That works, as long as they have a high shelf turnover. Two places I'm fond of are Swansons and Vitacost, both have pretty great reviews and customer service, as well as a wide selection of vitamins from different brands. Good luck!

Iherb is also a good website. I do most of my ordering through there.

Not to complicate manners, but krill oil may be something of interest. There are some fairly unique properties (astaxanthin antioxidant, phospholipid form omega 3 versus triglyceride in fish).

Do peanuts cause a problem for acne does anyone know?
It's just that I'm think of eating quite allot due to their high protein content, and also containing vitamins B and E.

Day 4:

Again I'm not seeing allot of change at the moment,
Been eating nothing but fruit, vegetables, proper meat, no junk food consumed.

Day 5:

Reduction in redness was quite noticeable today, not sure if any actually pimples have gone or if the lighter tone of them makes it look that way, hopefully this progress will continue.

Quite a noticeable difference today, major reduction in redness and pimples are alot smaller if not fewer.
