Not to complicate manners, but krill oil may be something of interest. There are some fairly unique properties (astaxanthin antioxidant, phospholipid form omega 3 versus triglyceride in fish).

It's just that I'm think of eating quite allot due to their high protein content, and also containing vitamins B and E.

Again I'm not seeing allot of change at the moment,
Been eating nothing but fruit, vegetables, proper meat, no junk food consumed.

Reduction in redness was quite noticeable today, not sure if any actually pimples have gone or if the lighter tone of them makes it look that way, hopefully this progress will continue.

Quite a noticeable difference today, major reduction in redness and pimples are alot smaller if not fewer.
