This is my first post here
I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this but here goes. I have successfully controlled my mild acne by taking a Optizinc supplement (Now Foods Optizinc 30mg - twice daily). It has done wonders for my skin but now I'm getting to the end of my second batch and I am now considering replacing it with this multivitamin:

It contains a lot of other vitamins and minerals which I believe will contribute to a better general health, and it also contains 30mg of Optizinc.
My question is: will it be as effective as taking a standalone Zinc supplement or will the presence of a dozen other vitamins and minerals interfere with the absorption of OptiZinc?
Thank you for your help
