I have Large pores / very oily skin + Blackheads / Whiteheads sometimes a get a pustule...

I was thinking of a really simple all natural regimen like this...

Morning
- Water only wash
-Konjac sponge
-Aloe Vera Gel as moisturizer

Night
-Water only wash
-Lemon Juice as a Toner
-Aloe Vera Gel as moisturizer

Additional
-Egg white mask
-Clay mask

Well to be honest aloe gel mkes my skin feel tight, especially if it's the store bought "gel" instead of straight from the plant. And I hate my face feeling tight.

As long as you dilute the lemon juice solution according to your skin sensitivity, you should be fine. However, I'm not sure how this will fair for non-inflamed acne; generally you need either dietary changes and/or regular exfoliation (chemically and/or manually).

Also, the aloe vera gel varies in absorbency, depending on the individual. Your skin might feel tight. If so, switch to something that would dissolve easily into the fat-soluble nature of your skin, like a non-comedogenic oil.
