None enflamed cyst 'hole'

I have a hole left after a cyst that has been there for roughly a year now. It keeps filling up with a whitehead type of thing that is pretty visible but the cyst is not enflamed anymore and the stuff is not puss. Has anyone had this problem before?? it usually happens on humid days. any suggestions very welcome

It is kind of white and cheesey. right? It is probably sebaceous material. You may wish to go to a derm and see what treatment options are available to you.
