It's difficult to cut bread out completely.
I'm 20 and live at home still, so a sandwich for lunch is the norm, but I also know bread is one of the worst things to put into your body due to digestion. I barely get spots now (because I took accutane) but I am very interested in improving my general health.

I can think of some things, like salads + soups etc.
But I love a sandwich. Every day I have them with Tuna in.
What would you guys recommend? Cheers!

I make sandwiches using lettuce wraps. They do this in some restaurants now. It can be quite tasty if the stuffing is delicious.

Yeah lettuce wraps are the bomb. Try different types of greens too, depending on what you're eating. Slicing sweet potato really thin and frying it up in some coconut oil is awesome. It's kind of like crunchy bread and is really good with burgers and chicken. For a crunchy "taco" make some taco meat and put some shredded cabbage in it - the cabbage is yummy and makes it kinda crunchy.

There are also websites that feature making bread out of nut flours however I haven't tried this.

As spectacled_owl mentoned, nut flours are a good alternative. There's plenty of recipes online to make pancakes and bread alternatives out of coconut or almond flour.
