the only thing yawning would do is if u have a lota acne/scabs/sore acne, especially on cheeks and chin etc , it might stretch the skin to where a scab breaks or something=/

^ This.

Getting enough (not too little, but not too much either) sleep is very important. 2 studies, showing exactly that (these are not about acne specifically, but they show increased inflammation and insulin resistance, things you do not want as an acne sufferer):

i googled that face exercises/ stretches was good for acne scars...

Big mistake as i have tons of active pussie acne on my cheeks / chin area.

I did it dozens of times during the day and it popped a lot of my acne and made my scabs break... i did it for a good 3-4 weeks.

NO WONDER WHY MY FOREHEAD ACNE HEALED IN LESS THAN A WEEK WHERE AS THE ACNE ON MY CHEEKS NEVER WENT AWAY!!

yes i feel stupid

yawning could be do to lack of oxygen, and when the body is rich in oxygen disease cannot exist, seek the fresh air, the answer could lie there..........

The yawning itself is not a problem, but whatever is causing your chronic fatigue is.

What is your diet like, and how much sleep do you get at night? How active are you during the day?
