So I've been drinking 2-4 TBSP of apple cider vinegar daily as well as applying it topically, undiluted at least once a day and sometimes twice a day for 4 days. I think it's too early to notice hyperpigmentation fading but my skin feels squeaky clean; however, on my chin a few ugly whiteheads have sprouted and two big pimples high on my forehead (but I think I can attribute that to hair products). The optimist in me is thinking that the whiteheads are the initial breakout/purge, but from what I've read it's a bit early and the breakout is suppose to be red pimples? confused.gif

Strangely enough, even though I'm using undiluted 5% acid Bragg's Organic ACV on my face it never stings or burns, and I've noticed my skin is actually a tad oilier than it usually is. eusa_think.gif Shouldn't my skin be drying?

I use to use BP but it made my skin so unbearably flaky and prolonged red marks which I'm mostly concerned about. I am extremely pale, white with almost no undertone and my whole face is red and I have red marks on my cheeks although not severe. Also entire nose is covered with blackheads although fortunately they could pass as freckles...

Not sure where to go from here. Should I begin diluting the ACV? Should I stop using it or stick with it? I really want this to help and I'm only 16 but my life is starting to unravel because of my skin problems... I only started breaking out badly after using Stievamycin for a few months, and the breakout was suppose to go away and leave me with beautiful clear skin like my doctor said, but it never did sad.gif

Thank you for taking the time to read! Opinions anyone? What are your experiences?

I've experiencing the same problem. How's your skin doing right now?? Was it a purging phrase?? or else??
