craig, you are, in my opinion, one of the lucky ones who have had some or complete success with accutane. besides the fact that it can be harsh on your liver it is definitely a lifesaver for many people.

you probably got the right idea about washing with only water. accutane speeds up your skin's renewal and by the end of the course, if you didn't add back any chemicals you'd have almost virgin skin. yeah, it would have been helpful if i had thought about that during the 4 courses of accutane.

does the neutrogena you are using contain spf? for some reason, chemical spf's sting my skin.

So is it better from the tap or from the shower?
I cant believe that there would be that much difference but i can seriously feel it, like if i make a facial expression after i have used the water from the shower my forehead feels tight no matter how much moisturiser i use.
