I was wondering if any of you nutrition experts could take a quick look at this to see if this may contain any acne-causing ingredients. I took one of these the other day and got a pimple, so I stopped. I'm not sure if it was related, so here..

The amounts in there are too weak to do anything.

It's hard to get enough of each vitamin in your diet, so I just like to take a multi. I should probably get some zinc supplements though.

I take a multivitamin from One a Day (actually,the generic) and a seperate acne supplement.
Taking a multivitamin is just an added measure,and you realize that. Much respect towards you,sir!
