I was wondering if any of you nutrition experts could take a quick look at this to see if this may contain any acne-causing ingredients. I took one of these the other day and got a pimple, so I stopped. I'm not sure if it was related, so here..

The amounts in there are too weak to do anything.

It's hard to get enough of each vitamin in your diet, so I just like to take a multi. I should probably get some zinc supplements though.
Clear as long as I stick to Paleo - lots of meats, vegetables, healthy fats, and small amounts of fruit. Supplements: CLO/ fish oil, Mg, vit. D3, vit. E.

I take a multivitamin from One a Day (actually,the generic) and a seperate acne supplement.

Taking a multivitamin is just an added measure,and you realize that. Much respect towards you,sir!
Supplements:
25mg zinc citrate,1g B5(two 500mg caps,one with breakfast and one with dinner),500mg curcumin with biperine,Carlson's fish oil
Day Routine:
Honey/Clay Cleanser (1Tablespoon raw honey,1 tablespoon dry clay,4 Tablespoons water)
ACV Toner (half ACV,half water or green tea)
MyChelle Fruit Enzyme Mist

Night Routine:
Aveeno Ultra Calming Foam cleanser
ACV toner
MyChelle Skin Clearing Serum

Trinessa BCP
80%-90% clearer than before,depending on the "monthly terror" and luck
