Im starting to get some comments regarding the 'obsessiveness of the log'
I see your point of view, but i really stand by my word when i say - i ENJOY doing this log, i look forward to adding to it everyday and im already seeing the progress ive made.
Its not just an acne log, its a log of my mental wellbeing and overall health and im really proud of myself for starting this!
It's not stress, i feel less stressed from doing the log no joke!
I dedicate this time to understand my spots, so that for the rest of the day, i dont worry!

This is something ive thought about doing for a while. I hope you enjoy it.
Everyday, i am hoping to write an entry including an image of where my new spots have appeared during the same day including what i recently ate and how i have treated my face, how i slept, what meds/suppliments ive taken... in order to see the progress i make and what affects my acne.
I have only recently begun to use benzoyl peroxide as a full time treatment and i am still having initial breakouts. Sadly some parts of my face(mouth, nose, left hand sided cheek) arent regularly treated with BP because they will dry out very quickly and are all Red and soar. But for the rest of my face, i pretty much follow the regimen as best i can.
Had a haircut on 29th - hair was pretty shaggy, now it stays off forehead.

What i did - stayed in
Mood - Very Depressed
Sleep level - Poor
Sleep position - left hand sided cheek.
Oral health - Poor
Salmon and Cream cheese bagel
Pineapple, gammon, chips, peas.
Snack (2 am)
3 Crackers + butter
J20 (orange and Passion<3 fruit flavour) 275ml
Dandelion and burdock. 300 ml
BP - Dan's
Panoxyl 2.5% and panoxyl 5% directly onto spots to dry them out.
Vaseline, emu oil and vitamin e oil on VERY dry areas (nose and right HAND SIDED cheek and around mouth).
And Dans moisturizer on less dry areas.
BP directly onto spots (face was getting too dry and flakey)
Vitamin E oil, emu oil and vaseline on dry patches.
Use of vaseline/ lip treatment
Vaseline on lips
Medication(for the NATION!!)/suppliments
Zinc - 15mg
Vitamin E suppliment - 400iu ( its alot i know "/ )
