Over the next few days I'm going to start using many of these in combination, here’s my plan:
AM
•Wash face in shower with scrubby wash (2% salicylic acid)
*Dry face after shower with CLEAN, dry washcloth
•Apply thin coat of 5% benzoyl peroxide to problem areas
•Moisturize with blend of jojoba, neem, emu, and vitamin e oil
•NO MAKEUP!
•spot apply BP during day if new spots appear
LUNCH:
•take
27mg Zinc
20000iu Vit. A
250mg Vit. C
400iu Vit. D3
30iu Vit. E
10mg Thiamin
10mg Riboflavin
20mg Niacin
10mg Vit B6
400mcg Folic Acid
15mcg Vit B12
30mcg Biotin
100mg Calcium
18mg Iron
150mcg Iodine
1mg Copper
1mg Manganese
100mg 5-HTP
1000mg Flax Seed Oil
PM
•Wash face in sink with foaming wash (2% salicylic acid)
•Dry face with another CLEAN, dry washcloth
•Apply thin coat of 2% salicylic acid to problem areas
•change to CLEAN pillowcase before bed
Then, January 2nd, I'm starting an elimination diet, to figure out if my acne is diet-related.
