Tracking my progress

Day One:

Went to the store and bought a bunch of shit.

Maybe a little overboard...

Over the next few days I'm going to start using many of these in combination, here’s my plan:

AM

•Wash face in shower with scrubby wash (2% salicylic acid)

*Dry face after shower with CLEAN, dry washcloth

•Apply thin coat of 5% benzoyl peroxide to problem areas

•Moisturize with blend of jojoba, neem, emu, and vitamin e oil

•NO MAKEUP!

•spot apply BP during day if new spots appear

LUNCH:

•take

27mg Zinc

20000iu Vit. A

250mg Vit. C

400iu Vit. D3

30iu Vit. E

10mg Thiamin

10mg Riboflavin

20mg Niacin

10mg Vit B6

400mcg Folic Acid

15mcg Vit B12

30mcg Biotin

100mg Calcium

18mg Iron

150mcg Iodine

1mg Copper

1mg Manganese

100mg 5-HTP

1000mg Flax Seed Oil

PM

•Wash face in sink with foaming wash (2% salicylic acid)

•Dry face with another CLEAN, dry washcloth

•Apply thin coat of 2% salicylic acid to problem areas

•change to CLEAN pillowcase before bed

Then, January 2nd, I'm starting an elimination diet, to figure out if my acne is diet-related.

i think your using too many harsh products...just my opinion

I love opinions, that's why I'm here! What would you suggest instead?

You're using BP sometimes twice during the day plus SA in the morning then SA twice at night. I would drop to using each only once per day. Its going to make your pimples drier redder and harder to conceal.

I've heard that Iodine can aggravate acne in some. Just something to look out for.
