I WAS clear, Rossy!! But after that TCA peel I did, I began to break out again on my jawline. sad.gif So I just put some on the spots on there every other night before bed. Sometimes I moisturize afterward, sometimes I forget! bb_eusa_shifty.gif But it sure does help!!

Hmm yeah I have heard negative things about people breaking out from TCA. My scar specialist, Julie from Bio2 (who performed needling on Maya) says that she does not use TCA any longer due to some controversy about this.
You have had good results in the past though, haven't you?

Okay I'm trying your new 'quote' thing! (hope it works) bb_eusa_pray.gif LOL

You did it!! bb_eusa_clap.gif

Anyway, yes. I was on a high dose of Accutane about 3 years ago and that took care of my cystic acne very well. Funny thing is that i never broke out as a teenager....I don't think I started breaking out until I turned 34. Then it was HUGE and horrible and sore. So the Accutane was the answer for me. And lucily, I have minimal scarring. So I am very grateful.

It's been the same with me - the only thing that worked was a high dose course of accutane (although admittedly I was not 34 when I started breaking out! wink.gif )

You're really lucky not to have suffered much scarring - my face hasn't come out of it too badly (emphasis on the TOO) but my body is a real mess. bb_sad.gif I think it has something to do with the fact that the skin on the body heals more slowly, and I am convinced that the accutane slowed down my healing rate, too - for a while while I was at uni around March time there was just a gaping wound in the middle of my chest that would not heal. It's much better now -once the redness has faded a little I'll be a lot happier about it, and it's getting there. Baby steps I guess. bb_eusa_pray.gif

Oh well. bb_neutral.gif
Speak to you soon and thanks again! smile.gif
