WTF do I eat?

I'm so fucking sick of acne at this point. I've tried everything except changing my diet. So, what do I eat to prevent acne? I here that a low-glycemic diet helps, but how do I tell the glycemic index of a food before I buy it? Also, what do I look for in the nutrition facts of food?

I know it has to do with the carbs, but how can I tell what kind of carbs are good or bad?

Eat only vegetables & drink water for a month, if your acne has anything to do with diet this will almost certainly tell you. A lot harder than it sounds.

When you are looking at foods that aren't fresh, then if you can't pronounce the ingredient names listed, it's probably not very good for you.
