ok..i just watched fox news and it said if you are on any kind of medications grapefruit juice stops the production of enzymes you need to break down your pills. So if you drink grapefruit juice or just grapefruits while on your meds.. you should stop..

It also tastes like pish which is a better reason not to drink it.
Currently recovering from prolonged moderate breakout

Current Regim:
Trying to avoid: Dairy/Sugar/Carbs/Processed Foods/Alcohol/Caffeine
Suplements: zinc/multi-vitamin/fish oil/ACV tablets/vitamin C/B5
Topicals:coconut oil/Jojoba oil/ACV AM and PM, washing with olive oil soap, BP AM and PM
Current status: couple of small angry white heads which is annoying but they clear up pretty quickly, mainly red marks and scars though

it is certainly true that grapefruit juice can invalidate the effect of contraceptive pills - all bcps in New Zealand come with a warning sticker attached to the box.

This can be beneficial in some cases, no? Like if you want an increase in medication effectiveness without paying for it.
