I think there might be some Vit K topicals, but this would definitey be a derm question. Another gentle laser that you might want to lok into is the Copper Bromide laser. I know someone who has had Copper Bromide lasering done on their broken capillaries, and there was absolutely no brusing, and no down time. No discomfort at all. It is often used for small red scars or broken cappillaries. It's very, very safe to do multiple treatments because it's so gentle. See: http://www.dermnetnz...mide-laser.html for background info. I did't noticed that are safe lights devices like this, good to know that. In fact I have to finish my accutane treatment before thinking about broken capillaries and telangiectasias.
I haven't heard about vitamin k products, looks like people and doctors don't use them, it might be a reason for that, maybe is not so effective.
