No kidding, that's what I said. It's pretty crazy when they have to print the vitamin list wrapping around the bottle.

I have done a lot of research on vitamins causing Acne. In my opinion the only one really causing problems is Biotin..

Don't be in a shock. But i think every external amount that you take..

Also there are a lot of researches of different B vitamins that can cause Acne sometimes. But for me that was nog the case. As it tried them al long term.. (in a dose more then the recommendation value)

I've personally heard of people having problems with B6, 12, Biotin, and Iodine.

I am taking B complex and zinc sulfate (100 mg per day) from 2 weeks. I am clear since then.
I am thinking to take zinc in some other form like zinc gluconate/ zinc picolinate as i have heard that zinc sulfate is not really good if taken in long term.
AM I right? I am also thinking to cut down the zinc dose to 5o mg per day.

But I am just afraid that If I take some other form of zinc will that keep me clear as I am now. I hope its not sulfates that has been keeping me clear and also have dried the excess oil from my super oily skin.

Also I am planing to take vitamin A, C and fish oil.

Please provide your insights experts. I have just found this first working cure for acne on my skin. And I don't want to miss this cure.

That's a bunch of B.S, bro... NOBODY on this planet gets everything they need by just "eating right," especially with some of the diets that people have.
