day 1 guys I'm sorry but i think its bullshit because i realized that SLS cause pimples, not masturbation or sex. Sodium Lauret Sulfat or Sodium Laurel Sulfat, it contains almost in all shampoos, body moutirizer, face washing gels, soaps and toothpaste. Even in expensive ones. My advice is find some new stuff without SLS, and you will see the result, Im telling you!

Week 2, no more breakouts for the entire week. However, current pimples are getting large which means they will then eventually get small and disappear. So can heal.

I realized that Masturbation also could cause acne marks, but thats my theory. It's that, when you masturbate your skin loses some mineral that doesn't allow it to regenerate and produce the proper pigmentation.

Also, if you know, taking all those fancy supplement overdose like vitamin B6 is similar to abstaining. When you ejaculate you lose coenzyme in your blood (breaks down sebum), and lots of other minerals that are related to sebum oil break down. Abstaining is hard, but its worth it.

Currently ... I got one active pimple on my cheek, one between my eyebrows and only on my chin. And most importantly, new ones are not emerging, but I have some terrible Hyper Pigmentation (acne marks), I realized that for me they take around 1-2 months to fade away. So hard to wait, but now that summer is ending, I can just chill at home .

I saw the pictures of your only pimple, but it is from November isn't it? I no longer break out, but red marks just don't seem to fade away. I barely have blackheads in my nose, because of Isoface and peroxide benzoyle, but seriously, red marks are eternal.

When i first joined this site like 2 years ago up until now i never realized how lucky i was before. When i look at my pictures from before they wernt really bad compare to now. Heck i take my face from 2 years ago and call it a day. Seems like the more i want my face to get better, the worst it gets. Life was good before, but now is just.. sh*t?

Anyways Day 1 off we go.
