I'm doing this and I'm on day 8. My motivation is that if it helps my acne then I must stop! Yesterday was extremely difficult and I came so close to failing. You absolutely have to watch where you go on the internet and just try to keep yourself busy.

So I just had a bad breakout today on day 9 while I had been clearing up pretty well the last week. I wonder if this breakout has to do with being so incredibly horny on day 7. I will try to keep better track of sexual thoughts and how much acne I actually have.

Sup, day 8 I'm still here, just waiting to rack up some serious days before I post again. Had horrible breakouts 3-4 days after masturbating, like 8-9 cystic, now they're all scabs and healing nicely.
@Helpclear: After week 1 my face starts to clear, but often mid-way week 2 I'll get a breakout again also, sometimes light or mild or severe-mild, regardless of sexual thoughts. It can be either your diet, or not having had a stool for a few days (constipation) or just your body adjusting to the lack of masturbation, like an addict quitting drugs or cigarette. My last breakouts are usually mid week 3, but they're generally light and by that time they heal/dissapear fast. Sex thoughts are ok, just try not to get lost in them all the time, remember you've got shit to do and focus on that.
@Gsx: Don't think you'll break out, but I suggest you don't since you know how it is, one thing leads to another, plus it's not natural. I suggest going outside and looking at the real thing instead, it will motivate you too, and you'll feel better afterwards instead of staring at some pixels you'll never meet ![]()
Keep going everyone, good to see you're all doing better. I think Experiment is waiting to rack up some days/weeks again before posting too, he said so a couple pages back I think. Hopefully he's not caved in and is on a masturbation binge ![]()

does anyone know how to deal with these pimples that no matter if you leave them or do something about it (exfoliate with baking soda sulfur etc) they become a blackhead and eventually turn to a small BLACK scar i had like 2 3 of these this year they look like moles but they are just black scars

I'm not sure if it's even from no masturbation as I go through cycles of clearing up then right when I just about clear I get a bad breakout. It has been getting so terrible lately I just feel absolutely humiliated to even go out in public.
I had also been working out for close to the last 2 years and since I started breaking out this bad the last few months I have gotten very depressed and quit. I had my diet pretty good as well during this time and now I pretty much am afraid to even eat so all my gains are going right out the window. One thing I haven't ever been able to cut out of my diet is milk, which is something I really need to try. It's just tough being such a hard weight gainer because milk is great to add some extra calories.

Well, reducing masturbation doesn't have any negative effects except those studies that say it increases chance of prostate cancer if you go for a long time without ejaculating. Otherwise, reducing masturbation has other positive effects for me besides acne control: more positive attitude even while with acne, scars heal faster, hair grows better, both beard and head, more energy that I usually don't have, better confidence in a lot of situations, not just with women, less prone to depressive thoughts.
One thing's for sure: masturbation won't help you feel better about your acne except for a very short while, so at least give it 1-2 more weeks and see if it works for you. It might not, but if it doesn't, you won't have lost anything, but maybe gained some of the other positive effects I mentionned.
It was a hurdle for me too at first, like I'd stop for 2 weeks, or 3, then get a sudden huge breakout and go WTF???, get sad and masturbate again, but I realized that each time I did go for 2-3 weeks a lot of other stuff improved, and even with breakouts, they would heal faster and reduce even more in week 3-4+. What did push me to go without any porn/masturbation to week 3+ was exactly this idea that "What do I have to lose for trying?". I wasn't going to suddenly develop prostate cancer, there's still wet dreams, and when I was a kid I didn't masturbate so if I could do it then I can do it now, otherwise it means I'm an addict. Hell, at least the orgasm would be a lot better if I did get to 3-4 weeks and realized stopping didn't help at all and re-started masturbated, and that's a fact.
I work out in my house and around it in parcs, I do slow push ups until my arms can't hold me, slow sit-ups making sure I'm pulling with my abs and not pushing myself with my back, and jog in the afternoon when it gets dark and there's less people. It feels nice to train outside, no smell of sweat and don't have to pay for the gym either. Not as easy during winter though, but feasible.
I wouldn't stop eating grains completely though unless you know for sure it gives you breakouts, you need fibre to clean your colon on a regular basis. Another thing I found out a bit late in my 20s, if you go too long without taking a #2 in the bathroom, it intoxicates your whole body from the inside, and for me it affects my acne visibly.

yeah you are doing a good choice when i was 55 kilogrammes skinny and weak as fck looked like anorexic girl and i had some pretty acceptable small ammount of acne and almost no scars then i did the biggest mistake of my life went to the gym bulking like crazy for 4-5 months untill i got 72 kilogrammes and my face looked like SHT had some big pimples on my cheeks and then they left some nasty scars i was drinking like 4 5 glassses of milk min a day and eating everything in every 2 hours
well after that i just stopped eating like a pig to gain some so i just ate healthy stuff and did pullups and dips and lost 12 kilogrames for no time but i got some insane lean ripped physique also i feel stronger than i was 72 now when i dont breakout i drink 1 or half glass of milk and eat like 10 olives for my bones and when i start breaking out i completely stop and when breakouts stop do it again becouse so much mastrubating must have weakened your bones alot and you might snap something eventually if you do martial arts or heavy lifts in the future
so my point is you can still get an amazing lean phisique without having to eat crap while being a hardgainer and its actually better looking than the bulked one you can go to bulk anytime when u stop breaking out anyways if u know which exercieses to do and what to eat you will be ready after 5 6 months just remember compounds and no cardio until you really need it for hard gainer but being bigger wont make you really stronger(in a fight) but just in being able to lift something up and a fake intimdation which is a joke so hard gainer isnt really a bad thing ... im 60 kilogrammes now and i can deadlift 95kg 5 times and about 110kg which is 242lbs one time raw no straps and clean 55 but thats becouse i had an insane grip and back from pullups
and ate 100% healthy i didnt became weak and not mastrubating will help you even more on gaining weight if you decide later on but if you get big you will realise its a joke lean ripped is better you dont need to learn it the hard way
