Anyone have extensive knowledge? I know what they can do, but they say not to apply them undiluted to the skin, but too blend them.

How do you blend them. Also I don't want to diminish their potency too much by blending.

Even if anyone knows any good books....

try going to a library, most of the information is standard across all books.

by diluting it means by placing it into a carrier oil, this is usually an odorless oil.

some good ones are grapeseed oil and safflower oil.

you need to dilute it because applying too much will not increase benefits, as well it could actually reduce benefits by becoming too irritating.
