My Regimen.. accutane

If anyone cares to read this and I manage to stop 1 person to avoid going on Accutane, then its served its purpose.

PM me if you'd like to chat. ACNE is ENTIRELY curable through natural ways. Please don't feel pushed or pressured or helpless that you think you must resort to this drug.

I'm not a crazy natural person (nut job lol) just a 27 year old guy who has been through it all and can offer genuinely good advice. You can see by my profile how long i've been around this forum.

How old is he? I'm in high school but take some classes at a community college (Running Start) and I've noticed that getting acne on your face is somewhat of a teenage thing. Not everywhere, but I see some 20-something people with neck cysts and crap like that, but no zits on their face.

My sister is kind of that way too, flawless skin on her face and invisible pores, but she breaks out on her back and chest. I would trade her.

Yea, this is fairly common I think; everywhere else on my body besides my back is very clear, I have no idea why this is.

I don't have acne anywhere but my face. I get the occasional zit on my neck/chest/leg.. but its not like a problem area. Well in comparison to my face.

You can just say "I" have bacne, you don't have to say "my friend"

unless it really is?

but I originally thought this post would be about how I don't have a good looking face, but my body is okay. Like I'm comfortable with everything but my face. Which isn't really true. but my face my least favorite part )': boohoo acne.

washing with water, jojoba oil, or a mild cleanser.

mask whenever i feel like it (like 2x a month).

vitamin when i remember.

eating dairy-free for 2 months (trying).

just got off monocycline. life is a lil rough right now, but no one would understand.

OH. number one thing you must know about me. Jesus is my life.

sadly i'm fighting off vanity right now, how pathetic of me.

yeah i am the same its my face that gets them, neck and back and chest is clear!

oh no it is my mate not me lol. id open up and tell you guys if i had bacne. I was just interested in why this happens, cause his face (my friend) is so clear, but his back is a war zone. to the point where he dosnt like taking his t shirt off in public or anything where someone will see, even though he looks like action man!

Yeah that stinks for him.

Idk one time I thought, hey why don't we just get acne, like, on our feet or something?

But, when it comes down to it, anywhere acne is it's going to be noticeable and hard to hide.

So, I guess having it on my face isn't so bad.

How gross would it be if it were on our feet? eek painful.

I can't tell you why his acne is only on his back but I'd assume it's for the same reason as why I only have it on my face. I'd really like to know this - love figuring stuff like this out (I'm in Med School).

As for the why don't we get acne on other parts of the body, it's confined generally to the face, chest and back as these areas have the most abundant pores and sebaceous glands - more oil and more pores to block! The P. acnes bacteria live in the skin all over our body but thive in these blocked pores with all that oil to feed off and lipids too!
