I've cut out white bread, for example - and switched to wholemeal.
Could I do the same with pasta?
I haven't eaten white pasta in ages, because of some stuff I've read on here, but I miss pasta - would eating brown/wholemeal pasta be OK, and unlikely to break me out? Or at least, be better than 'regular' pasta?
