The following threads inspired me to do an anti-candida diet:

My problems:
- Acne(mostly forehead, chest, shoulders, back)
- White coated tongue(espescially bad in the morning)
- Stomach issues(rumbling, diarrhea at times and the general feeling that something is wrong in my digestive system)
- Anal itch and upper body itch
- Fatigue
- Extremely sore muscles after workouts, running++(Mineral/vitamin deficienses due to leaky gut??)
What I eat:
- Vegetables: Mainly cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, ruccola, lettuce and onions*
- Fruits/nuts: Avocados, organic coconut milk* and coconuts*
- Seafood: Mainly salmon and canned tuna
- Meat: Mainly chicken and beef
- Dairy: Clarified butter
- Oils: Cod liver oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Extra Virgin Coconut Oil*
- Spices/herbs: Cinnamon*, garlic*, sea salt, black pepper, ginger*, cloves* and oregano*
- Tea: Organic green tea
- Pills: East Park olive Leaf extract*, Probiotics, L-Glutamine
* = Antifungals
Foods to maybe add later:
- Eggs(Have had problems digesting them in the past)
- Olives
- Nuts(Might be causing breakouts)
AVOID:
- Gluten(Mild digestive issues + not possible to eat on anti-candida)
- Dairy, but not butter(To be on the safe side, might incorporate kefir in the regimen after a while)
- Sugar+fruits(A given to exclude on anti-candida)
- Organic sauerkraut(fermented product that gave me terrible digestive problems)
- Colostrum
