Eggs are full of vitamin A, so i presume they would be good for acne.

Eggs create a lot of mucus(wastes). Hard boiled is the best because it's less mucus-forming.

Eggs don't affect acne, for better or for worse.

I eat about 40-50 eggs or egg whites a week and I haven't noticed any effects from them. But then again I eat them all the time, so I guess I wouldn't know.

Great reply.

I go in 6 month periods between eggs and no-eggs (I'm on the road a lot). When I had acne as a teenager, when I was in America, I ate eggs EVERYday; 3 or 4. I would then sometimes fly out to England or Japan where I wouldn't touch an egg. Back to America, egg diet.

No difference for me.

That's because eggs aren't the only food that cause acne.

So you said I'm wrong for saying that they don't cause acne while I explained my acne was completely uneffected by it... do you even read the posts before you reply to them?

i guess you could everyone has their different trigger foods that can cause acne.

mainly because everyone is different. That is the main reason to your arguement nico and kweller: everyone reacts differently.
