The reason carbohydrates are bad for us is because we have them hand in hand with fats. So our body chooses which food to get energy from , either fats or carbs. It chooses carbs because its much easier to get energy from it than fats, so what happens to the fats? since there not needed, it gets stored in our body for when we need to break it down for energy but since we are never starving our body does not do that and we just end up eating more carbs.

Just out of curiosity, how many Eskimo teenagers have you encountered?

Personally, I can't escape them, they are everywhere. It's always Eskimo this Eskimo that, they are taking all our jobs I tells ya, they even have their own sections in clothing stores now. The other night I was refused entry to a club because I wasn't Eskimo enough. Darn Eskimos and their fish and their jackets and their thing things and the blarehjgegehg

They had to sit around the igloo with the babies and chew everyone's boots to keep them soft. They couldn't help with the hunt or other work and risk chipping a tooth which would tear boots.

If that's true....that's a devoted woman.

Since AUG 09: Been experimenting with Paleo/Primal diet and absolutely loving it.
Probiotics have been huge as well.
