Vitamin K has not been legalized to be sold in stores yet, although K2 is sold. So the best source of K is in kale. 1 cup of kale has about 1400% of the daily recommended dosage.
I have learned that my pimples bleed easily when scratched when I cheat on my diet. So, I added Vitamin K to my diet and it definitely helps. Look for KALE CHIPS in the health food stores. They are really strange at first, but I've grown to love them.
