Don't be mean.


Different things work for different people. Everyone has a different body chemistry. I'm tired of watching this. If something didn't work for you, don't attack the person, share your experience.

Couldn't agree more. I have learned so much on these boards, you have to keep an open mind. Everyone is different, one method does not work for everyone. I find it interesting to hear about peoples experiences and experiment for myself.

Just don't have the crazy notion of asking for some evidence of someone's pet theory, or they will call you names and attack you personally.

No, it's just about asking for evidence of their claims in a way which doesn't seem to be attacking or undermining them therefore creating a stupid argument.
